About the Role

The Senior Technical Solutions Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Application Engineers in supporting sales and delivering innovative solutions to clients with complex operational and material handling challenges.

This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to the Application Engineering team, ensuring that all solutions meet the company's technical and quality standards.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.
  • Proposal Development: Oversee the development of proposals, including engineering, RFP development, supplier qualification, and estimation processes.
  • Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the material handling industry with at least 5 years on the pre-sales side.
  • Strong technical background in mechanical engineering, controls, and warehouse execution software systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of warehouse and distribution center operations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
