Job Title: Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and creating lasting impressions that build trust and loyalty with patients.

About the Role:

You will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to ensure seamless patient interactions and experiences. You will participate in a four-week training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Support patients by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and processing payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card transactions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. We provide non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.

Compensation:$17 - $20 per hour.
