Company Overview
Framebridge is a consumer business operating online and in retail stores, disrupting the custom framing market by providing a delightful experience. We are expanding our manufacturing jobs and retail jobs across the United States.

Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team, master tools, processes, and operations, and engage with your team to ensure safety, quality, attendance, performance, and engagement. You will assist the Operations Manager in leading and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor workflow, set processing variables, observe control points and equipment, and study methods to implement cost reductions.
  • Schedule and assign personnel, accomplish work results, establish priorities, and monitor progress.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, and resolve employee issues by analyzing data and identifying solutions.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 Years of Supervisory Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work Day or Weekend shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great work ethic and ability to motivate others.
  • Basic computer skills and comfortable with learning business-specific software.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk the production floor for long periods of time.
