Job Summary:

The Manager Trainee program at The Hertz Corporation provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in sales and operations training to develop skills in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management.
  • Support the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.
  • Develop strong computer skills and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
