About the Role

Accura HealthCare of Carroll is seeking a part-time MDS Coordinator to support our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a detail-oriented and collaborative nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and complete medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze data from health records to prepare statistical reports and assessments
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care and utilization review
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state
  • Proficient with Point Click Care (PCC) or similar electronic health record systems
  • Ability to work on-call as needed and perform essential job functions
