Total Warehouse Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transfer of packages and products off or onto trailers, containers, and railcars.

• Load and unload products from pallets, racks, or floor onto trailers, containers, and railcars.
• Shrink wrap or tape goods to secure for transportation.
• Identify damages and report to the lead or supervisor.
• Report shortages and discrepancies to the lead or supervisor.
• Operate motorized equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to move products around the warehouse.
• Separate products by UPC code or product description.
• Apply pallet identification labels to pallets built.
• Follow all safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment.

• Ability to read and understand packaging labels and breakdown sheets.
• Must be able to communicate and comprehend directions verbally and in writing.
• Understand basic math concepts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 50-70 pounds safely from floor to pallet or pallet to floor.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime as required.

Total Warehouse Solutions offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.13-$25.00 per hour, based on load earnings. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental, medical, and vision coverage.
