Contract Attorney

Tandym Group is seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to join their Legal Department's Contracting team. In this role, the Attorney will support and collaborate with the General & Administrative (G&A) departments across the organization, focusing on IT, privacy, and Information Security-related matters.

• Draft, revise, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts, ensuring they accurately convey business terms while protecting the company's interests.
• Advise and troubleshoot existing agreements, identifying risks and communicating them to internal decision-makers for discussion and resolution.
• Act as a liaison with various internal clients, effectively addressing legal and business questions.
• Support the ongoing development of templates and playbooks in collaboration with other Legal Department team members.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Juris Doctorate and admission to a State Bar.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Executive presence, ability to interact comfortably with executives and senior management, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop creative technical and/or business solutions for complex problems and implement organizational or team objectives.
• Efficient, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and re-prioritize on short time frames.

• 5+ years of Transactional experience as an Attorney in a Law firm or In-House Legal environment focusing on IT-related agreements.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences-related field.
• Admission to the California Bar.
