Position Overview:
In this role, you will be integral in enhancing the quality of life for our patients. We believe in making care personal and comfortable, offering services that prioritize dignity and love.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager, working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Clinical Supervisor.
  • Assist patients in maintaining personal hygiene and a safe living environment.
  • Prepare and serve light meals, and assist with feeding as necessary.
  • Support patients in mobility, including the safe use of walkers or wheelchairs.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and welcoming space.
  • Participate in patient activities to promote mental engagement and alertness.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
  • Document any changes in the patient's condition and communicate these to the healthcare team.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain accurate visit documentation.
  • Engage in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine compassion for patients and their families. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in patient care, preferably in hospice or home health settings.
  • A current driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Current CPR certification.
