Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, schedule, and coach employees
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations
  • Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers
  • Lead, manage, and train team members
  • Oversee sales, accounting, and clerical functions from Service Advisors
  • Maintain inventory counts and overall cleanliness of the facility
