Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

At Carrier Enterprise, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train warehouse associates to ensure high levels of accuracy and productivity
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly received, stored, and shipped
  • Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of products
  • Manage staff scheduling and attendance to meet business needs
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and drive a team effectively to reduce costs and labor spending
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
