What You Will Be Doing

As a Goorin Brothers Stylist, you will be bold, passionate, and positive, taking our brand to the next level. You will provide exceptional customer service, engaging in interesting conversations, making people happy, and helping our customers look and feel their best. You will learn about, wear, and sell our hats, maintaining dynamic visual merchandising standards and meeting key performance indicator goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Learn about and sell Goorin Brothers hats
  2. Provide exceptional customer experiences
  3. Build sales and meet key performance indicator goals
  4. Maintain dynamic visual merchandising standards
  5. Perform opening, closing, and daily operational duties
  6. Help maintain a positive, upbeat workplace
Physical Demands

You must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, sit, walk stairs, and climb step ladders. You must also be able to use a keyboard, mouse, and telephone, and lift up to 45 lbs. occasionally or up to 10 lbs. frequently.

Pay

The exact rate of pay will be based on experience level.
