Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off.

Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments at specified intervals of service completion.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in resident suites and community areas, ensuring a pleasant living environment for all residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum age of 18 years.

- Proficient communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

- Compliance with state or provincial health regulations.

- Maintenance of required certifications as per state or provincial laws.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform cleaning duties in resident suites according to a designated schedule, including but not limited to:

  • Vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets.
  • Cleaning walls and ceilings as needed.
  • Dusting various surfaces including furniture and fixtures.
  • Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms and kitchenettes.
  • Managing laundry duties for bed linens and towels.
  • Window cleaning as required.

- Assist with the Annual Suite Service for resident suites as scheduled.

- Maintain cleanliness in community common areas, including:

  • Vacuuming and mopping floors.
  • Dusting and cleaning furniture and fixtures.
  • Cleaning restrooms and managing waste disposal.

- Conduct deep cleaning of community areas as per schedule.

- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Property Services Director.
