Clinical Psychologist

This position provides direct service to patients in a Behavioral Health Program area, requiring a Doctorate in Psychology and appropriate level of field experience and coursework. The successful candidate will hold and maintain a Psychologist license in the state of practice.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clinical needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Deliver behavioral health care in accordance with patient evaluation, treatment plan, and within the scope of licensure.
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention, as well as consultation and coordination of care with physicians, therapists, and community agencies.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient data and documentation in medical records, adhering to state, TJC, and Mercyhealth system guidelines.
- Participate in clinical collaboration, psychiatry supervision, and performance improvement activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
