Dental Hygienist Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Cincinnati Dental Services in Florence - Ewing.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance and retirement savings plans. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and screenings
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
- Provide education and guidance to patients on oral health and hygiene
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current dental hygienist license in Kentucky
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is highly desirable. Additionally, a desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health is essential.
Physical RequirementsThis role requires the ability to perform essential duties, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year is also required.
