We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at the Remedy Corporation.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the performance of our client's customer service departments. Your task will be to make anonymous calls to various companies, assess the level of service provided, and document your findings in a detailed report.

This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work at your own pace and schedule. You will be responsible for:

  • Completing a short training program to familiarize yourself with our processes and procedures
  • Successfully completing a test call to demonstrate your skills and understanding
  • Calling all companies provided via assigned lists and evaluating the level of customer service provided
  • Documenting detailed information of your overall experience and submitting a review form prior to the required deadline
  • Ensuring that your form is free of errors and misinformation
  • Meeting the required pay rate of $2 per call

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

  • Adhere to deadlines and meet the required submission timelines
  • Work with minimal supervision and be self-directed and self-motivated
  • Have strong listening skills and be able to accurately document your findings
  • Be efficient and accurate in your work
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meet the other requirements listed below

The requirements for this position include:

  • Having an active phone line (landline, mobile, or both)
  • Having a mobile device capable of downloading applications
  • Having a valid email address
  • Being a USA resident with a valid ID
