We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Sodus Rehab & Nursing Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
  • Participate in bowel and bladder rehabilitation programs
  • Collect specimens and measure intake and output
  • Take vital signs and prepare ice packs or other resident care equipment as needed
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • NYS Certification as a Nurse's Aide
