The Registry Physical Therapist will provide essential support during weekdays and weekends. This role involves assessing patients and designing effective Physical Therapy programs tailored to individual needs based on thorough physical evaluations, clinical insights, and empathetic understanding for both inpatient and outpatient care across a variety of conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients.
2. Develop and implement personalized Physical Therapy plans.
3. Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans.
4. Facilitate discharge planning for patients.
5. Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers, and Rehabilitation Technicians in delivering care.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Preferred Education:
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Licensure/Certifications:
1. Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
2. Licensed Physical Therapist
