Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Waukesha, WI. As a key member of our molding room team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee adherence to quality plans and procedures for all parts manufactured in the molding room.
- Supervise shift supervisors and coordinate efforts to achieve safety, production, and quality goals.
- Monitor and maintain required staffing levels and training for each shift.
- Lead shift meetings and provide direction to the workforce in executing the schedule.
- Provide effective and timely resolution to personnel issues.
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping, including 5S, ISO, SQF, IMS, and other requirements.
- Work with the tool room to establish priorities for mold repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate with other departments to expedite the correction of any irregularities to the achievement of company goals.
- Bachelor's degree or working toward a degree preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Previous injection molding experience preferred.
- SAP knowledge and Excel skills required.
- Lean manufacturing concepts and tools preferred.
