**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
* Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, infusion therapy, and laboratory draws
* Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
* Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records

**Requirements:**

* Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Virginia
* One year of experience in ER, ICU, infusion, or step-down units
* Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
* Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* One year or more of ICU, ER, or step-down experience
* Peripheral IV starts/maintenance and IV infusion therapy injection and self-infusion training
* Phlebotomy for adult patients and CVAD experience and knowledge
