About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized and respectful care to our patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring residents' safety and comfort
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols

Requirements
  • Valid CT State certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
