Bartender - Buca di Beppo

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Earl Enterprises, a leading hospitality company. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our Italian restaurant, Buca di Beppo.

• Serve Guests with a Smile: Warmly greet and engage with customers, ensuring a friendly and sincere experience.
• Upsell and Suggestive Sell: Effectively merchandise food and beverages, promoting our menu items and increasing sales.
• Manage the Bar Area: Pre-bus tables, clean up spills, and maintain a clean and organized bar environment.
• Prepare High-Quality Drinks: Mix ingredients, slice fruit, and garnish drinks to create exceptional cocktails and beverages.
• Work with the Team: Collaborate with servers, hosts, and other staff members to ensure seamless service and exceed customer expectations.
• Anticipate and Exceed Guest Expectations: Continuously monitor the guest experience, making adjustments as needed to ensure a memorable and enjoyable visit.

• Experience: At least two years of experience as a Bartender in a full-service high-volume restaurant.
• Education: High School Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
