Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Extruder Machine: Run the extruder machine to produce film products, ensuring minimal scrap and meeting production schedules.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform light maintenance on assigned machines and communicate any major issues to the supervisor/lead.
  • Quality Control: Ensure departmental compliance with all certification requirements and maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with AIB/ISO standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work well in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues to achieve production goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year manufacturing experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Math and Attention to Detail: Strong math skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate production and quality control.
  • Availability: Ability to work 12-hour schedules (2 days on, 2 days off, etc.) and overtime as needed.
