- Direct and assist ancillary nursing staff with assigned duties, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to maintain current clinical knowledge and skills.
- Current licensed practical nursing (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Preferred: IV therapy credentials.
