Responsibilities
  • Obtain patient history and gather information to provide accurate care.
  • Perform specialized procedures, examinations, and tests as ordered and aligned with our clinical scope.
  • Ensure patient care areas are adequately stocked with unexpired supplies and medications.
  • Relay information and facilitate communication between providers and patients.
  • Provide related education, counseling, and ongoing review regarding diagnostic tests.
  • Assist in the management of patient care between visits.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, prior authorizations, and scheduling of appointments.
  • Maintain patient records to ensure accurate documentation of medical treatment.
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
  • Document and process prescription requests and refills per provider order.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Associate's degree in LPN program from an accredited institution.
  • 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
