Your responsibilities will include everything from reaching out to pre-qualified prospects to showcasing properties, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales. You will serve as the primary contact for buyers, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver essential insights about the local real estate market to prospective home buyers.
  • Engage in open house events, organize property showings, and present homes to interested buyers.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or their agents to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Support clients through the home purchasing process, including budgeting and mortgage options.
  • Communicate effectively with pre-qualified leads to understand their preferences and requirements in a home.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proven history of successful real estate transactions.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate landscape and prevailing trends.
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or in a related real estate role is preferred.
Compensation: $80,000
