Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our Ballard Medical Center team in Seattle, Washington. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical services to patients, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and obstetrics care.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $267,336 to $314,513, prorated based on FTE. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and cash balance pension plan.

Qualifications

We are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. Must have an unrestricted Washington State Medical License and Federally Issued DEA license.
