Role Summary

The Sales & Service Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of state-of-the-art products, including televisions, audio systems, Wi-Fi networks, access control systems, and security solutions. The ideal candidate should prioritize customer satisfaction, teamwork, efficiency, quality, and safety. We are looking for a technician committed to providing outstanding products, exceptional service, and a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze work orders, gather necessary materials, navigate to job sites, and clarify installation processes to clients.
  • Implement low voltage wiring configurations for both residential and commercial customers.
  • Establish connections, fixtures, and hardware for user equipment.
  • Resolve intricate issues to guarantee optimal functionality of Internet, television, security, and entertainment services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while discussing company services with clients.
  • Complete tasks efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A 2-year degree in telecommunications, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
