We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at MultiCare Health System in Spokane, Washington.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with cancer and hematological disorders
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in oncology nursing
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Oncology or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington
- Current certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Oncology
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an APRN in oncology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
