Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and stock your station for service
  • Prepare food to meet our high standards of presentation and quality
  • Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by our Chef
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years cooking experience
  • Previous fine dining experience
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
