This role offers an opportunity for a motivated lawyer to provide sound, actionable legal advice on regulatory and operational matters outside of our core states.
Job SummaryYou will serve as a partner to our business leaders, developing adaptive strategies to support HCSC's established business and further its growth. This position can be based in Chicago, Illinois; Richardson, Texas; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Helena, Montana; Nashville, Tennessee, or Washington, D.C.
Please note this role is a hybrid position, requiring in-office hours 3 days a week at the respective office location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert legal guidance on state regulatory matters, leveraging your understanding of health care and insurance law.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop effective strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Offer clear, concise written and verbal communication skills to convey complex legal information effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
Requirements- A Juris Doctor Degree and a license to practice law in the state where the position is located.
- 8 years of experience as an attorney, preferably with a demonstrated understanding of health care or insurance law.
- Negotiation and diplomacy skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Based on market data and industry standards, the estimated salary range for this position is $140,300.00 - $260,600.00 per year.
