About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Director, Video Editing to lead our team at Chrilleks Productions LLC (Let's Cook Editing Services) in Buckeye, AZ. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive strategic growth and innovation in the media industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement video editing strategies to maintain our position as a leading media company
  • Spearhead innovative change within the media industry by reclaiming video editing space
  • Negotiate and hold high-level conversations at leadership levels
  • Manage high-level budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Travel 40% nationally and internationally; telecommuting and/or work from home may be permissible

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Media Arts, Marketing, or related field
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience working in the media industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and more
  • Ability to negotiate and manage high-level budgets
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
