Warehouse Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Warehouse Trainer to join our team at The Paper Store Distribution Center. As a Warehouse Trainer, you will be responsible for training new associates in various functions, communicating effectively with colleagues in both English and Haitian Creole, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

• Train new associates in all functions, including product handling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues in both English and Haitian Creole, providing clear instructions and feedback.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Distribution Center leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Distribution Center leadership.

• Bilingual in Haitian Creole and English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and comply with written information and documents.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including overtime and weekends during periods of high distribution volume.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Prior warehouse experience and RF Scan technology a plus.
