Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team, making adjustments to care plans as needed.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical-surgical or critical care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of neurological and neurosurgical conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, and brain tumors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
