Job Details

At Palmetto Moon, we're seeking a skilled Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service and sales support
  • Stay up-to-date on all brands and products, sharing your knowledge with customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets and achieve store objectives
  • Maintain a well-stocked sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Effectively process transactions and handle customer inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Pack and prepare customer purchases with care
  • Minimize stock shortages through proactive sales floor management

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and providing excellent service
  • Be dependable and flexible with scheduled shifts
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Physical Requirements: ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical demands of the role
