Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems on process and packaging equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior maintenance staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Coolab Foods, LLC offers a competitive salary range of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. We also offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid holidays, and vacation pay.
