Your Role:
The Recruiting Assistant position is an onsite role that offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in our company culture and gain valuable insights into the recruitment process. This position is ideal for individuals eager to advance their careers in staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and screening.
  • Utilize customer service and networking skills to enhance candidate engagement.
  • Develop knowledge in skilled trades recruitment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. The starting pay range is competitive.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in temporary staffing or recruitment, with at least two years in a service-oriented role.
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field is preferred.
