Job Title: Senior Aluminum Welder

Job Summary:
Bollinger Shipyards is seeking a skilled Senior Aluminum Welder to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding operations on aluminum materials using GMAW-P and FCAW techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform welding operations on aluminum materials using GMAW-P and FCAW techniques.
  • Meet or exceed quality standards for welds, ensuring high-quality finishes and minimal defects.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other welders and fabrication team members to meet production goals.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve welding skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 months of experience with GMAW-P and FCAW welding techniques.
  • Ability to pass a hands-on welding test in 3G/4G aluminum and Flux Core positions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
