Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assist with patient transfers, transportation, and equipment management
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures as assigned
  • Contribute to the plan of care through communication with the Registered Nurse
  • Run errands and perform tasks as directed by the Registered Nurse
Requirements
  • CPR training required
  • Phlebotomy training and experience preferred
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Six months of experience as a Nursing Assistant, or is a Nursing student currently enrolled in a formal program who has successfully completed at least one clinical rotation
