Facilities Maintenance Role Overview

Schneider is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on repairs and maintenance to facilities and related equipment. Your duties will include prioritizing and scheduling maintenance tasks, soliciting quotes, and coordinating contractor/vendor activities on maintenance projects. You will also oversee the maintenance of other assigned remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all facets of facility maintenance to provide lowest cost of ownership
* Serve as primary facility contact at the Schneider Operating Center
* Execute preventive maintenance and customer work orders
* Maintain consistent attendance and exhibit behavior in alignment with our core values

Requirements:

* High School/GED or equivalent work experience; additional technical maintenance training a plus
* Two plus years of practical work experience related to one or more aspects of the role
* Maintenance Technician HVAC and Electrical skills a plus
* Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards
* Knowledge of fueling systems or willingness to travel for up to one week at a time to learn about fueling systems and obtain UST Class A certification
