Job Summary

Soliant Education is seeking a qualified and dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, on-site position in Glocester, RI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students to identify areas of strength and need.
  • Provide Counseling Services: Offer individual and group counseling to support students' mental health and emotional well-being, promoting a positive and inclusive educational environment.
  • Develop Intervention Plans: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create and execute effective intervention plans and strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Participate in IEP Development: Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and attend IEP meetings as needed to ensure students receive tailored support.
  • Crisis Intervention and Support: Offer crisis intervention and support, addressing urgent psychological needs and providing a safe and supportive environment for students.
Qualifications
  • Valid School Psychologist License: Possess a valid School Psychologist license for the state of Rhode Island.
  • Experience with K-12 Students: Have experience working with students across all K-12 grade levels, demonstrating a commitment to supporting students' diverse needs.
