About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented litigation associate to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a litigation associate at Begum & Cowen, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of personal injury cases and develop your skills as a trial lawyer.

Job Duties

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Litigating car crash and other personal injury claims in state and federal courts
  • Drafting pleadings and motions
  • Developing case strategy
  • Conducting depositions and hearings
  • Communicating with clients

Requirements and Skills

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a strong background in personal injury law and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is preferred.
