Job Summary

Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate food items in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Coordinate food orders to support efficient delivery to each table.
  • Supervise food production in the absence of a supervisor.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, fine dining restaurant.
  • Culinary school or certification preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possess current food handler certifications or be willing to obtain one.
