Aluminum Powder Specialist

We are looking for a talented Aluminum Powder Specialist to join our team at Toyal America, Inc. in Lockport, IL. As a key member of our Operations Group, you will be responsible for operating process equipment and ensuring the highest quality product.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of machine/production operator experience and a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and weekends is required. Estimated salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.

1. Operate process equipment according to established procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
2. Maintain accurate records of operational data, including temperatures, processing times, and sample analysis results.
3. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
4. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of machine/production operator experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift 55 lbs and stand for 80% of a 12-hour shift.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
