Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
- Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and operate medical equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- 1+ year of experience in an ICU or acute care setting.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
