• Proven experience as a Welder with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Welding certification is a plus, but not required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
