The Director of Sales and Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and managing potential residents through their journey to joining our community. Collaborating closely with the Executive Director and the Vice President of Sales, you will develop innovative marketing strategies aimed at achieving our occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish trust and rapport with prospective residents and their families through engaging communication and community tours.
  • Develop creative strategies to enhance occupancy rates and meet targeted goals.
  • Coordinate with your team to organize events that attract potential residents to our community.
  • Foster relationships with local organizations and professional groups to explore collaborative opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in an external sales role.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to follow-up with prospects.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
$36-$40 per hour plus monthly bonuses.
