Cart Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cart Attendant to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cart Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring members have an exceptional shopping experience by providing top-notch service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
About the Role: In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a positive attitude and greeting members with a smile
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Ensuring club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable (for example, out of stock); offering members alternative product options when needed; ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures; ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services
The Ideal Candidate: To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You should also be comfortable working in a warehouse or retail environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Compensation: The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
