We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Curfew, a modern restaurant concept from Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani in Memphis. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and crafting delicious cocktails for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails with a focus on presentation and taste
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service and meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with menu offerings and make recommendations to guests

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, with the ability to create new recipes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
