RBT Role at Discovery ABA:

We seek responsible, compassionate, and reliable RBTs to join our rapidly growing Charlotte team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA
• Providing direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collecting data on client progress and behavior using defined methods
• Assisting in the development of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with caregivers and other team members to support consistent implementation of treatment plans
• Following ethical guidelines and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions
• Participating in ongoing training and supervision sessions provided by BCBAs
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions
• Documenting and reporting client responses and progress to the supervising BCBA

Settings:

• Therapy is provided in home and community settings, allowing you to choose the setting that suits you best
• Full and part-time roles available to fit your needs

Compensation:

$21-$27/hr, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• The RBT 40-hour course certification is preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus
