About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nephrology care practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is highly desirable.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
